It&#8217;s no wonder why some of the nation&#8217;s largest construction companies make their way to the South Fulton area.  To say the least, residents are flocking to the south side of Atlanta in droves, which also makes sense why the Princeton Lakes Estate section of Bolt Homes is the best-selling in metro Atlanta.<\/p>\n<p>Located just a short mile from the new Camp Creek Marketplace off I-285, Princeton Lakes Estate Subdivision sold over 300 homes in 2006, the highest number ever sold by any subdivision in the Atlanta area. The large community also includes a two-story clubhouse, mini Olympic pool, children&#8217;s pool, tennis courts, athletic fields, a playground, pavilions, and nature trails. The May 2007 issue of Builder Magazine ranked Pulte Homes #3 among the 100 Best Builders in Georgia.<\/p>\n<p>Princeton Lakes&#8217; success has certainly helped.  The City of Atlanta created the Princeton Lakes Redevelopment Plan and Tax Appropriation District, which was used as an incentive to help spur the development of an ambitious community to live, work, and play in southwest Atlanta.
